Patient, female, 25 years

Diagnosis: Qi deficiency water drinking

How does TCM recognize tinnitus and deafness?
People are a whole, and the systems are interrelated and affect each other, so in Chinese medicine, any local disease is not necessarily just a local problem, many diseases seem to be here, but the root cause lies in the other.
If you only stare at the part, you are likely to make the mistake of "treating the head with a headache and treating the foot with a sore foot"! Just as a cough is not simply a problem of the lungs, the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic says that "all the internal organs are coughing, not the lungs alone."

The classification of tinnitus and deafness in Traditional Chinese medicine can be roughly divided into two categories, the false evidence is mainly that the qi and blood are not filled, resulting in the loss of ear tips, forming tinnitus and deafness; the empirical evidence is mainly qi and blood stasis, and the ear tips are blocked, causing tinnitus and deafness. 01 Deficiency
