Qinchuan cattle in Fengxiang District, Baoji City, are favored by domestic and foreign markets because of their bright red meat color and obvious marble pattern, and cattle breeding has become an important pillar industry for many local farmers and herdsmen. Over the years, Baoji Customs has taken the initiative to serve the industrial development of local governments, open up "blockages" in export and technology, guide enterprises to develop beef cattle breeding, and help local farmers increase their income and become rich. According to statistics, in 2021, Baoji City supplied 21 batches of live cattle to Hong Kong, with a total of 359 heads and a value of 9.94 million Hong Kong dollars.

"Baoji Customs has given us great support in guaranteeing orders and expanding the market, and customs officers have provided us with professional guidance in the construction of fattening bases, daily quarantine management of live cattle, feed source supervision, and the use of agricultural inputs, and there has not been a single return in the past 20 years." Yao Yalong, head of the fattening farm of Yongsheng Company, said.

In recent years, Baoji's characteristic agricultural products such as Qinchuan cattle that are popular in the international market are not unique, kiwi fruit is exported to Chile for the first time, rolling dough skin is "out to sea" for the first time to supply the international market, and the export volume of plant extracts continues to grow... Baoji's foreign trade "circle of friends" is continuing to expand, and the total value of Baoji's foreign trade in 2021 is 8.81 billion yuan, an increase of 10.9% year-on-year.
