The reporter learned that in order to ensure the outpatient drug demand of the insured people with chronic special diseases in our province, the Anhui Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau recently issued the "Notice on Adjusting and Supplementing the Catalogue of Chronic Disease Outpatient Drugs for Basic Medical Insurance", which adjusted and supplemented more than 100 drug varieties, involving the use of drugs for 29 chronic diseases.
According to reports, the adjustment of the outpatient drug list for chronic diseases, our province adheres to the clinical treatment necessary, safe and effective, taking into account the clinical reality of medical institutions at all levels such as provinces, cities and counties, and forms the "Drug Catalog" on the basis of comparative combing and expert review. The catalogue has adjusted and supplemented more than 100 kinds of drugs, covering 29 chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, such as: drugs such as posadolidine capsules and abexilide tablets reflected by insured patients, all of which have been included in the scope of outpatient medication for malignant tumors.
The implementation time of the catalogue is consistent with the effective time of the 2021 version of the National Medical Insurance Drug Catalogue, and the outpatient clinics of basic medical insurance patients with chronic diseases in our province can enjoy medical insurance reimbursement treatment from January 1, 2022.
