"Old Pan Shoots Public Security" is a public security documentary photography column created by Pan Zengliang, a police officer of the Information Office of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau and an outstanding public security photographer in the country. Through the collection of excellent works from the city's public security photographers, photography enthusiasts and the vast number of civilian auxiliary police, reflecting the work style and combat style of the city's public security police auxiliary police who adhere to their posts and faithfully perform their duties, freeze the touching moments of Kunming public security service to the people, use the focal length to pull in the distance between the police and the people, record the kunming public security story with light and shadow, and spread positive energy.

SWAT Majestic
Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau Special Police Detachment was established in November 2005, is one of the 39 public security special police teams under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security, built in Kunming, serving the whole province and the whole country, mainly undertaking 9 major responsibilities and tasks such as handling violent terrorist crimes, handling serious violent crimes, social patrol prevention and control, and large-scale event security.
In 2008, the SWAT detachment's Clouded Leopard Assault Brigade was named one of the 10 national anti-terrorism commando teams by the Ministry of Public Security. In 2011, the SAR detachment camp was selected as the first batch of "National Public Security SWAT Training Bases".
Since its establishment, under the leadership of party committees, governments and higher-level public security organs at all levels, the SWAT detachment has successfully completed national tasks such as Sichuan Wenchuan earthquake relief, Olympic torch relay security, and arrest of the "Mekong" case; it has successfully handled many sudden cases (incidents) such as the Carrefour hostage-taking case in 2008 and the hostage-taking case at Yun normal University Experimental Middle School in 2021.
In regional, national and international police competitions, he has won the first place in the national competition team three times, and more than 10 people have won the individual first place in international and national competitions.
The SPECIAL POLICE detachment has been awarded the collective first class merit twice and the collective second class merit twice; 2 people have been rated as the second-class hero model of the national public security system, 38 people have been awarded the first class of individual merit, more than 90 people have been awarded the second class merit of the individual, and more than 400 people have been awarded the third class merit of the individual. A large number of advanced collectives and individuals have emerged, such as the "Youth Civilization Number" at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, the demonstration points for party building in provinces and cities, the "advanced workers," the "outstanding people's police," the national "pacesetters in building meritorious service," the national "March 8th Red Banner Bearers," the national "upward-looking good youth," the people's police most satisfied with the masses of Yunnan Province, and the "May Fourth Youth Medal."

Pan Zengliang, male, born in June 1964, from Jiangchuan District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, is a police officer of the Information Office of the Political Department of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau. Director of the All-China Federation of Public Security Literature and Literature, Executive Director of the Yunnan Public Security Federation of Literature and Literature, National Outstanding Public Security Photographer, Chairman of the Yunnan Public Security Photography Association, Tutor of the Kunming Public Security "K5" Photography Team, Member of the China Photographers Association, Member of the China Art Photography Society, Member of the Chinese Folklore Photography Society, Member of the Presidium of the Yunnan Photographers Association, Member of the Presidium of the Kunming Photographers Association. He has published a number of news photos and photographic works, participated in many domestic and international film festivals and film competitions, and won awards, and his works have been collected by the Yunnan Provincial Museum.
