On February 9, Xihua County held a report meeting on the road landscape improvement design plan. Tian Lin, Guo Feng (deputy secretary of the county party committee), Zhou Xiaoyan, Duan Xiao, Liu Contribution, Han Xiujuan, Chen Bingsheng, Wang Chao and other county leaders attended the meeting, and responsible persons of relevant townships and county units attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the person in charge of the design unit reported on the design plan for the improvement of the landscape greening of Zhouxi Expressway and Yingbin Avenue. The participants conducted serious discussions and in-depth studies on the two design schemes, and put forward opinions and suggestions on further improving the design schemes.
Tian Lin stressed that the Zhouxi Expressway landscape greening improvement project is the development spatial pattern of "one center, two groups, five satellite cities, and one hundred towns and thousand villages" proposed by the municipal party committee, and the landscape greening improvement of Yingbin Avenue plays an important role in improving the urban and rural appearance environment and enhancing the image of the urban window. In accordance with the target requirements of green avenue, landscape avenue and ecological avenue, Zhouxi Expressway and Yingbin Avenue should be built into new business cards of Xihua landscape. Greening improvement should be adapted to local conditions, highlight nodes, and build in pieces, and the selection of tree species should be combined with the actual factors of Nature, Climate, Soil and other practical factors in Xihua, fully considering applicability and economy, so as to facilitate later conservation and management, and the collocation of plants should pay attention to harmony and unity. Along the way, all townships and towns should strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments, cooperate with each other, form a joint force, closely focus on key work, start from solving problems, start from weak links, advance from important nodes, and fully promote the land acquisition and demolition work involved in road upgrading and transformation. The financial department should include the road upgrading and transformation work in the annual investment plan, actively seek project support from the higher departments, and make every effort to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The county natural resources bureau, highway bureau and other departments should strengthen the guidance of the work of upgrading and transformation projects, do the work of all aspects of the project, and promote the high-quality economic and social development of the county with the actual results of the project construction.
Tian Lin demanded that on the basis of the preliminary work, the planning and design unit should further conduct in-depth research, strengthen communication with relevant departments, seriously consider and absorb the opinions and suggestions put forward, and further refine, optimize, and integrate the planning plan as soon as possible in combination with the actual situation of Xihua, so as to ensure that a scientific and reasonable planning and design plan with a unique style is formed as soon as possible.
