Recently, Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine passed the comprehensive assessment of the "Shanghai Standard" Evaluation Committee, and was jointly evaluated by the "Shanghai Standard" and 11 projects such as the "Support Specification for Government Services", which were jointly awarded the "Shanghai Standard" in 2021. As the first "one thing" standard for medical payment in China, the project is a strong support for the "one thing" of medical payment, and it is also the only hospital project that has obtained the "Shanghai Standard" certification so far, filling the gap of industry standards in related fields.

In 2020, Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, as the benchmarking unit for the implementation of the "one thing" project of medical payment in Shanghai, formulated the enterprise standard of "One Thing" Implementation Specification for Hospital Medical Payment according to the construction requirements of the Municipal Health Commission, Shenkang Hospital Development Center, the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, the Big Data Center and other departments, combined with its own project implementation experience, and clarified the organizational requirements, functional requirements, service provision requirements and continuous improvement requirements for the implementation of the hospital. After the implementation of the standard, the number of patients' paid queuing links has been reduced from at least 3 to 0, and the payment queuing time has been reduced by an average of 45 minutes, which is a vivid practice of the standard to help the digital transformation of the city and conveniently serve the lives of citizens.
Wang Yu, vice president of Renji Hospital, introduced that the "one thing" of medical payment is a specific application of the integration of traditional medical services and mobile Internet technology, and it is also an important scenario for the transformation of digital hospitals. In the standard, key indicators such as medical payment process reengineering, credit medical treatment introduction mechanism, and family payment have reached the domestic leading and international advanced requirements. By promoting the implementation of the "one thing" standard for medical payment, deepening and expanding the mobile medical convenience service that can support multiple forms of electronic vouchers and multiple payment methods, and helping smart medical care, it not only greatly improves the overall service order and service efficiency of medical institutions, but also greatly improves the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction.
On October 22, Wang Zheng, vice president of Renji Hospital, was invited to participate in the "Shanghai 2021 World Standards Day Theme Activity" and attended the release ceremony of the "Shanghai Standards" in 2021. He said that Renji Hospital actively plays the leading demonstration effect in the industry, based on the implementation experience of the standard, and is currently participating in the formulation of the local standard of the "Medical Payment "One Thing" Application Specification", which aims to provide standard reference for medical institutions to implement the "one thing" of medical payment, so that integrated management and homogeneous payment can be implemented, and the Shanghai experience will be widely exported to all parts of the country.
In recent years, Shanghai has attached great importance to standardization work, promoted the creation of a high-level standard brand "Shanghai Standard", formed a number of standard clusters that are comparable to the international advanced level and played an obvious role in leading the demonstration, and strongly supported the construction of Shanghai's "four major brands" and "five centers" and the construction of a socialist modern international metropolis. According to the provisions of the "Shanghai Municipal Standardization Regulations", the local standards, group standards and enterprise standards formulated by Shanghai Municipality, after voluntary application and evaluation by third-party institutions, meet the leading domestic and international advanced requirements, and may use the "Shanghai Standard" logo on the standard text. The evaluation of "Shanghai Standard" pays attention to the advanced and innovative nature of the standard, and pays attention to the effectiveness of the implementation of the standard.
