Hengyang Youth Palace was jointly awarded the only "Five-Star Excellent Extracurricular Activity Base" in Hunan Province by the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Department of Culture of Hunan Province, the Sports Bureau of Hunan Province, the Women's Federation of Hunan Province, and the Science and Technology Association of Hunan Province.
Recently, the Municipal Youth Palace was awarded the only "five-star outstanding youth extracurricular activity base" in the province by the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture, the Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau, the Hunan Provincial Women's Federation, and the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Association, which is the highest honor currently awarded to the youth off-campus position in our province. The achievement of this honor further consolidates and enhances the leading position of the Municipal Youth Palace in the province's youth out-of-school education institutions.
In recent years, the Municipal Youth Palace has adhered to the work purpose of "cultivating and promoting the growth of the majority of young people into talents", the work concept of "public welfare, practice and innovation", and the work goal of "cultivating interest, developing personality, exercising ability and improving quality", comprehensively innovating quality training, carrying out innovative activities, and innovating internal management. Every year, the Youth Palace hosts a competition on the professional skills of teachers. A number of teachers who have served in provincial and municipal professional associations have emerged. In the past two years, nearly a thousand of the friends of the Youth Palace have won awards in various professional competitions in the country, provinces and cities. Among them, there are 7 national collective gold awards, 15 provincial collective gold awards, 100 municipal collective and individual gold awards, and numerous silver awards and other awards.
