In the "Physical Fitness Index Standard", the main attack assisted run touch high requirements of 3.00 meters, the secondary attack and the second pass of the assistant run touch high requirements of 3 meters 05. This requirement is not high, of course, many athletes can not meet.
In terms of body shape, the height of the main attack is between 181 cm and 191 cm, and the secondary attack is between 183 cm and 191 cm. The national team is more rigorous and scientific in the selection of talents. I don't know what level of training can be achieved in the later stage after formulating this requirement.
