The event included exchange and interactive projects such as punching cards, online exhibitions, promotional video broadcasts, and online lectures, bringing Hai Silk cultural experience to Malaysian audiences and local Chinese and overseas Chinese, and sending New Year greetings.

At the opening event, Zeng Chaoqun, director of the Guangdong Maritime Silk Road Museum, delivered a speech in the form of a video, hoping to use the Sea Silk Road culture as a link to further strengthen the cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia. The guests and audience members of the event jointly visited the online exhibition "Canglan Sail Shadow - Deciphering the South China Sea I".

This time, Guangdong Haisi Pavilion and Zheng Wenhua Museum worked together to use the power of Internet technology to break through the limitations of the epidemic and time and space, and move the exhibition online, which is more convenient for the audience.

The exhibition selects precious pictures of the salvage, archaeology, protection and historical research of the "Nanhai I", and decrypts the historical mystery of the "Nanhai I" with the latest archaeological research results, so that malaysian audiences can experience the story of the "Nanhai I" sailing away, fighting the wind and waves and the passage of goods to all countries, and feel the glorious history of the ancient Maritime Silk Road.
