Vanke Wanzhi Tiandi is Vanke's effort to start again after 20 years of deep cultivation in Longsaka Area, and it is Vanke that turns its attention to the complex in Bantian, introduces the TOD development model, and creates a smart TOD complex. The total land area is 44,405 square meters, and the total construction area is about 500,000 square meters. Among them, the open commercial space with a construction area of about 100,000 square meters will be built into the first terrace-type shopping center in Bantian, which will improve the lack of large-scale commercial centers in Bantian area, improve the quality of life of residents in the area, and will also become a gathering place for leisure and entertainment for young people in the area in the future.

The project is located at the intersection of Bantian Bulong Road and Banxuegang Avenue in Longgang District, Shenzhen, with a total construction area of about 500,000 square meters, planned and constructed as a commercial complex with highly complex functions such as commercial, office and apartment, and a comprehensive business center of Banxuegang Science and Technology City, which will become a large-scale urban complex integrating commercial, office and residential after completion. The main tower is a 206.9 m/46-storey office building.
On the afternoon of January 28, the basement structure of TowerS and C of Wanzhi Tiandi Commercial Center Project was successfully capped, and the plus or minus zero was rushed out, marking that the towers of BuildingS and C officially entered the main structure construction stage. On the eve of the Spring Festival, the project successfully completed the construction period plan formulated by the owner, laying a solid foundation for the steady construction of the follow-up project.
