Xi'an, 1 Feb (Xinhua) -- On the evening of the first night of the Spring Festival in the Year of the Tiger, the "2022 Silk Road Spring Festival Gala" hosted by Bauhinia Culture Group and the Information Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government premiered. The evening will deeply integrate the national tide culture with world art, and bring an audio-visual feast with Chinese New Year flavor and Silk Road style to the global audience.

The evening party focused on the theme of "Building a Dream silk road and beauty and sharing", based on Chinese culture to go out, compatible with the commonality of world culture, dig deep into the connotation of the Silk Road, and interpret the spirit of the Silk Road. The evening party ended with "Symphony" as the prologue and "Imagination", and the five chapters of "Looking Back", "Listening", "Blending", "The Sound of the Silk Road" and "Five Stars Out of the East" ran through it, showing the world the aspirations of the struggle, the power of creation and the fruits of development of the Chinese people from different angles, and showing the colorful world and multiculturalism of "harmony and beauty".
The evening invited Chinese and foreign artists to compose a symphony through a variety of expression methods such as music, dance drama, acrobatics, opera, and video, so that the audience could appreciate the beauty of the fusion of national tide culture and world art. The party also expressed youthfulness and integrated youthful enthusiasm into the road of openness and inclusiveness.
According to reports, the party was guided by the Information Office of the State Council and the State Administration of Radio and Television; hosted by the Shaanxi Radio and Television Financial Media Group (Taiwan), the Wuzhou Communication Center, and Phoenix Satellite TV; co-organized by Phoenix Network, Shenzhen Radio, Film and Television Group, and Hainan Radio and Television General Station (Group); and a large-scale transnational media convergence evening supported by the China-ASEAN Center and the China International Cultural Exchange Center. The evening was simulcast by Shaanxi Satellite TV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Shenzhen Satellite TV, Hainan Satellite TV, large screen and small screen linkage, and was also broadcast globally on 12 overseas TV media on five continents during the Spring Festival.
