According to Newcastle official sources, midfielder Jeff Hendrick joined Queens Park Rangers on loan until the end of the season.
The Ireland international, who turned 30 on Monday, joined Newcastle in August 2020 on a move from Burnley and has made 27 appearances for the team so far, scoring three goals, including one against Wolves this season.
Joining Queens Park Rangers on loan means Hendrick was able to catch up with the team's FA Cup fourth round match against Peterborough United this weekend.
Queens Park Rangers are currently fourth in the Championship, just seven points behind top Fulham.
