Recently, Chen Wei, deputy to the National People's Congress and vice president of Quzhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province, visited and investigated the Kecheng District People's Court in Quzhou City, and participated in the ceremony held by the hospital for the centralized issuance of employees' claims in bankruptcy cases of "Winter Warmth and Judicial Warmth".
The centralized issuance of employee claims involved 6 enterprises, 197 employees, the amount of payment reached more than 4.5 million yuan, all the payments were distributed to the employees in real time through online transfer, and one of the enterprises will start the pre-reorganization procedure after the liquidation.
Hu Weimin, secretary of the party group and president of the Kecheng District Court, introduced to Chen Wei that the court adheres to the orientation of building a market-oriented and law-based business environment, gives full play to the role of the adjudication function, relies on the digital reform achievements such as mobile micro-courts and Zhejiang dispute resolution, and makes useful explorations in the aspects of chamber of commerce mediation, centralized trial of sales contracts, and implementation of contract "one thing reform" to help enterprises relieve difficulties.
As one of the ten grass-roots courts in the province to focus on the centralized liquidation of personal debts, the Kecheng District Court actively explored and launched the city's first "Detailed Rules for the Review of Applications for Centralized Liquidation of Personal Debts" and "Centralized Liquidation and Reorganization Loans for Personal Debts", which has so far handled and terminated 12 cases, realizing credit repair for "honest and unfortunate" debtors and regaining a new life.
