I have been thinking about how to write the book review of Master Xing Xinyi, and I have had several plans.
The first option is to write about his understanding of Xing Xinyi, then write the style of Xing Xinyi's works, then explore the connotation of Xing Xinyi's works, and finally summarize the influence of Xing Xinyi on the Japanese science fiction community, forming a review that can expand the knowledge of readers.
But I can't write like this, this time the Short Story Collection of Xingxin introduced by Yilin Publishing House specially invited Ding Ding Worm to write a super long recommendation preface, which details the life of Master Xing xinyi, and also has a very detailed introduction to his creative process and the characteristics of his works, there are many contents that have not been mentioned in the previous works of Xing Xinyi published in the mainland, and even I can say that the previously introduced works collections have not been as sincere as that of Yilin Publishing House. Moreover, at the end of Tintin's preface, Yasuyuki Tsutsui's speech at hoshi Shinichi's funeral was deliberately translated, making the most pertinent evaluation of Hoshi Shinichi's status in the Japanese science fiction community and even the literary world.
There is such an article introducing Xing Xinyi in front of the pearl jade, and every reader who reads this book (strictly speaking, it is to read this set of books) can see this preface (this set of books has this recommended preface), a good look at nature can get a lot of information, there is no need for me to add in the book review. Therefore, this program was passed by me.
The second option is to select some chapters that I personally think are wonderful from the short stories included in each of these books, discuss their writing techniques and connotations, and take the opportunity to express their opinions on the real society.
This is really a relatively convenient and fast way to write a book review, and it is not too easy to write: there are 31 short stories in "Hey - Come Out", I chose 5, each writing 300 words, it is already more than 1,500 words. But I went to the Douban book review area of this book to take a look, and there are already 7 book reviews, and almost every one of them will analyze some of the works in the book. If no one had written a review of this book, I might have actually written it this way, but in this situation, I have no need to go down the path that others have taken. Book lovers who are familiar with me may also understand that I will not evaluate the quality of the book reviews I write, but I always hope that my book reviews will have different entry points, different forms, and different views from published book reviews.
Some people have said that even if someone has analyzed the content of the work, it is not every one of them, and out of 31 articles, it is always possible to find chapters that have not yet been commented on. But I want to say that the biggest feature of all the works of Teacher Xing Xinyi is the "one stroke into the soul" at the end of the article, analyzing one article is this characteristic, ten articles are also this feature, analyzing all the thousand and one short stories he wrote, or such a feature, do you say that there can be something new? And the connotation of this kind of thing, I think that looking at the works of Xing Xinyi, there is no need for others to refine the expression contained in the text, and each reader can perceive it by himself, which is also the achievement of The excellent narrative ability of Master Xing Xinyi.
Take the title "Hello - Out", was selected into the human-taught version of the second grade of junior high school language teaching materials, and then is a set of language reading comprehension combination fist, what writing techniques, the central idea, the ambush unbuttoning, the theme of the discussion, originally each reader can see that the different content is all single or even unified, which is a particular pity. For all the above reasons, plan two was also killed by me.
The third option is to write a novel that pays tribute to the master according to the pattern of the new short story of Xingxin.
It also seems like a good choice, at least much simpler than commenting on speculative fiction in the form of fiction before. Ten years ago, I had a casual article about a person speeding and driving a person who couldn't hit a person on the brakes in a heavy rainy weather, hit-and-run in a panic and drove to the middle of the bridge, rushing into the river and dying. It turned out that the person who was hit was just a model thrown out by two teenagers pranks. The whole article is very simple, and it is estimated that it hit a lot of people's stems, and the article "Overtaking" in this book is also a similar bridge section.
Master Xing Xinyi's 1001 short stories, his own works will also have similar ideas, which is inevitable, if the words he wrote do not have the feeling of special surprise, or do not sacrifice ugliness in front of the master's works. In this way, option three was not adopted. But it is undeniable that the most important key to Xing Xinyi's work is that it needs an inspiration, the difficulty of writing is not great, anyone can try to write and read, just practice pen is not bad.
Hard, really hard. Master Xing Xinyi's works are good to look at and are particularly inspiring, but when it comes to writing a book review, it is difficult to write, and I don't know where to start. Finally, I thought about it, or Wrote out the original committee of the first three writing plans, which did not also complete a book review because I did not know how to write a book review?
