With the popularity of urban piling models around the world, some with population stacking, some with false data stacking, making out a lot of "big" cities, in fact, there are many unworthy of the name, the real comprehensive big cities, should be defined from the city scale, urban population, economic volume, people's wealth, financial strength and other 5 aspects, so which cities are considered comprehensive big cities? Personally, I believe that the following criteria should be met:
1. The built-up area exceeds 500 square kilometers
2. The population of the urban area exceeds 5 million
3. The population of the jurisdiction exceeds 10 million
4. The total GDP exceeds 1.2 trillion yuan
5. The per capita GDP exceeds 120,000
6. The fiscal revenue in the city budget exceeds 100 billion yuan.
None of the above conditions are necessary.
