On the morning of January 29, Zhuzhou Municipal Archives held a 2021 annual work "look, learn, discuss" evaluation meeting, comprehensively summarized the work situation in 2021, arranged the deployment of the 2022 work plan, and Ouyang Huidong, secretary of the party group and director of the museum, presided over the meeting.
The "see, learn, discuss" evaluation meeting will be highly streamlined and refined by each department in the form of PPT, and will be displayed and reported to the cadres of the whole library within the specified time. After the department report is completed, the leaders of the museum will review the work of each department, and the cadres of the whole library will select the advanced departments by secret score. The purpose of the meeting is to give play to the orientation of assessment and incentives, correctly evaluate the work performance of each department, improve work efficiency, and enhance the ability of cadres. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the provincial and municipal two sessions, the spirit of the city's economic work conference, the spirit of the party history study and education summary conference, and the spirit of the 2022 "three highlands" and "market director cultivation year" and "cadre ability improvement year" to promote the spirit of the conference.
At the meeting, Ouyang Huidong affirmed the work achievements in 2021, and pointed out the shortcomings in work style and business work. He demanded that in their work, every cadre should continue to maintain a higher standard than the bright spots, innovation, harvest, and recognition; second, they should continue to maintain the enthusiasm to bear hardships; third, they should continue to maintain the spirit of cooperation; and fourth, they should continue to maintain a peaceful mentality. Ouyang Huidong stressed that 2022 is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the beginning of the implementation of the provincial and municipal party congresses. The Municipal Archives should deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on archival work, bravely shoulder heavy burdens, be angry and strong, focus on improving the ability of cadres, fully promote the development of the cause, strive to do a good job in the "focus, fission, innovation, upgrading, brand" article, provide strong support for building the "three highlands", contribute archival strength to the cultivation of famous cities and the construction of happy Zhuzhou, and greet the 20th National Congress of the Party with excellent results.
