Civilization Index Evaluation Report

In order to promote the normal and long-term effectiveness of the construction of civilized cities in our city and comprehensively test the maintenance of the monthly creation work in our city, the Municipal Civilization Office organized the evaluation of the city's civilization index in December 2021. The evaluation adopted the method of field investigation (overt inspection and covert visit), and examined 21 towns, 36 types, and 516 evaluation points.
Recently, the results of the December 2021 Civilization Index evaluation were released, with a score of 96.14 points, and the Civilization Index score in November was 95.44 points, up 0.70 points from the previous month.

36 types of assessments
5 types receive full marks
According to the evaluation report, among the 36 types, the New Era Civilization Practice Center, the Psychological Counseling Center for Minors, the physical bookstore, the urban shelter, and the police station scored the highest in this evaluation, with a full score of 100 points; the lowest score in the civilization index was commercial street, with a score of 86.14 points.

The high-tech zone ranked first
According to the evaluation report, the district civilization index score in December 2021 was 95.96 points, compared with the district civilization index score of 95.16 points in November, an increase of 0.80 points from the previous month.
The evaluation inspected four districts: Xiangzhou District, Jinwan District, Doumen District and High-tech Zone. Among them, the high-tech zone ranked first with 96.69 points, and the Jinwan district scored the lowest, with 95.70 points.

Xiangwan Street scored the highest
According to the evaluation report, the town street civilization index score in December 2021 was 94.97 points, compared with the town street civilization index score of 94.73 points in November, an increase of 0.24 points from the previous month.
The evaluation examined a total of 21 types of points such as new era civilization practice institutes (stations), back streets and alleys, farmers' markets, and communities in 21 town streets, of which The average score of Xiangwan Street was the highest, at 96.22 points, and the average score of Jing'an Town was the lowest, with 92.85 points.

The responsible unit scored 96.66 points in the Civilization Index in December 2021 and 96.36 points in November, up 0.30 points from the previous month.
The evaluation examined the jurisdiction points of 25 responsible units, such as scenic spots, government affairs halls, police stations, hospitals, river canals and other types of points, of which the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Women's Federation, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Postal Administration, the Municipal Service Data Administration, and the Civil Affairs Bureau scored a full score of 100 points, and the Municipal Public Security Bureau scored the lowest, with 93.72 points.

There are problems in the town streets, including littering, untimely garbage removal, indiscriminate posting of small advertisements, and lack of civilized, healthy, and green environmental protection public service advertisements.
Problems in the responsible units include the lack of orderly parking of non-motorized vehicles, the lack of barrier-free parking spaces and barrier-free signs, and the failure of personnel driving electric bicycles to wear safety helmets.
