In anticipation of China's Spring Festival 2022, the three-episode international co-production documentary "Through the Seasons: China" will be broadcast through the BBC Earth Asia and will be launched in China through the Youku video platform. From an international perspective, the film tells the story of China in the new era of prosperity, national prosperity and China's beauty, and presents a credible, lovely and respectable image of China to the international audience with poetic image expression and warm humanistic spirit.
"The Most Beautiful China: Four Seasons Like Songs" is jointly produced by Wuzhou Communication Center, Youku Video, Backlight Image Film and Television Production Company, and Meridian Film and Television Production Company in the United Kingdom. The whole work is structured with the concept of "one year" time, the chapter is divided with the distinctive characteristics of the Chinese "four seasons", the plot is promoted by the "twelve months", and more than 30 groups of story characters are completely connected through China's unique "twenty-four solar terms", and the four hours are orderly, four to no boundary, and the four seasons are like songs.
In the film, the audience will follow the magnificent aerial camera to see the whole territory of China, the white ice field, the turquoise forest, the golden desert, the silver salt lake, the black green tiles, the bright bonfire, the delicate canola flower sea... On the land of glitter, Chinese people are chasing their own dreams, showing China's progress and achievements in history and culture, economy and society, natural ecology, science and technology education, people's livelihood and health, and truly recording the spiritual outlook of the Chinese people in the new era.
