In 2021, the masses sent 9,255 messages to leading cadres at all levels in Chongqing through the "leadership message board", an increase of about 22% year-on-year; cadres at all levels in Chongqing replied to 8775 messages, with a year-on-year growth rate of about 18%, ranking third in the country. The continuous innovation of the working mechanism has made Chongqing's online mass line better and more solid. In 2021, the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Mayor's Message Section Handling Unit (Chongqing Municipal Letter and Petition Office, Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Cyberspace Office, Chongqing Municipal Party Committee General Office Supervision Room I, Chongqing Municipal People's Government General Office Supervision Room II) were also shortlisted in the "2021 People's Network Online Mass Work People's Heart Gathering Unit" three lists, which is the only one in the country.
