In fact, before stepping into the insurance industry, I was already a senior financial professional, and when I decided to join Juntian, I formulated a "three-stage" strategic idea for steady development:
Stage 1 / Dream Start:
It is planned to spend 1-2 years to adapt to the working mode of the insurance industry, learn and improve their insurance knowledge level, accumulate customers, do not demand performance, and first ensure that they can gain a foothold in this industry.
Stage 2/Spread Wings Lift:
It is planned to spend 3-5 years to find a suitable business model and service model to create personal brand characteristics. At the same time, I also study and improve in professional fields, whether it is legal, commercial and taxation, medical health, or investment and financial management, I have worked hard to learn and strive to become a service expert of "insurance + N".
Stage 3 / Soaring Perfection:
I plan to continue to improve my service level after 5 years of practice, find customers who resonate with me at the same frequency, grow old with customers, and protect customers for life.

Wind objects should be looked at for a long time
In my opinion, a good insurance broker needs to uphold long-term thinking, because insurance sales, it is by no means a short-term interest behavior, but also a long-term trust given by customers, and sales are only a link in the entire insurance service process, the real insurance service will be a lifelong service with customers, so treating every customer requires a long-term perspective and long-term planning.
Under the premise of ensuring my insurance professionalism, I will additionally show my value-added value, such as finance, education, medical care, law, etc., expand the scope of my service resources, and better serve my customers.

Start with the end, do not suffer from gains and losses
In the face of most of the partners in the industry, the bottlenecks that will be encountered in the exhibition industry and the customer's incomprehension, Si Qian smiled happily and said sincerely:
Every insurance practitioner is worried about no customers, no reason to open their mouths, afraid of not being recognized and accepted, I once had such concerns, but Juntian gave me an entry point, I use policy custody, use services to approach customers, I do not sell products, nor utilitarianism, even if occasionally rejected, I will not feel lost, because I did what I should do, my original intention is never to deal with customers, but to serve customers, for their different life cycles, to send insurance protection.
No matter how difficult the road is, as long as we persist, we will achieve industry honors such as MDRT and JSC Star Members as the responsibility of our careers, and it is also a responsible account for our own lives, so continue to do the right thing, and good things will happen naturally.
