I graduated in 2014 and did chip design in Beijing. In order to make money, I jumped to the most well-known company in the industry, but unfortunately, in Shanghai, the salary has risen a lot, but I still can't afford to buy a house. At that time, I knew that the state wanted to pay real estate taxes, knew that the US dollar should raise interest rates, knew what the country wanted to do with the same right to rent and sell, looked forward to the rapid reduction of house prices every day, watched the news of real estate every day, was extremely anxious in my heart, and felt that there was no hope in life every night. The family is poor and can't help, and they feel that they can't find a wife, and they don't have a job when they go back to small places, after all, they studied chip design, and there is almost no place to eat except Beijing and Shanghai. I don't have the heart to learn technology anymore.
Later, I inadvertently saw that the US house price was only 200,000 US dollars (17 years), confirmed that the next discovery was the truth, and moved my mind to go abroad. At that time, I was almost 30 years old, working during the day, learning English every day at night, practicing speaking in the English corner, taking the TOEFL test 2 times, the GRE test twice, the scores were average, but I couldn't wait, I applied to an American university, and Threw all my savings in the past few years to study abroad. Later, he went to the University of Houston to study computers. My family wondered why I was still studying at such an old age.
American master only needs two years, 18 years of autumn enrollment, 19 summer vacation California internship three months earned some money cover tuition, 20 summer graduation, I spent more money on the province, a total of 300,000 yuan spent on studying abroad. Now working in Austin, doing chips in Apple, after working for half a year, I bought a 200-square-meter house near the downtown area, the house price is 450,000 US dollars, converted into 10,000 yuan per square meter, there is Apple, Google, Facebook, Samsung, Tesla, AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Dell and many other large factories and small factories, finally have a place to stay, but also have a wife.
PS: I don't mean to compare Austin house prices with Beijing, there is no such idea, I have been like most migrant workers in these years, just want to buy a house in the place where I work, it just so happens that my major has only beijing and Shanghai job opportunities in China.
