Nurguli Maimati is one of the beneficiaries of the "coal to electricity" project and the transformation and upgrading of the supporting power grid, allowing the masses to clean up heating and improve the quality of life. In the past, the winter heating of the masses in Kashgar was mainly based on coal, straw and firewood, and each peasant family needed to burn about 1 to 2 tons of coal in a heating season, which was calculated to be about 2,000 yuan, and the high cost of mass heating was not conducive to Kashgar's promotion of environmental governance and improvement of air quality.
In 2021, Kashgar will arrange the construction of agricultural distribution networks and 864 "coal to electricity" supporting power grid projects with a total investment of 615 million yuan, reducing the heating cost of the masses to about 1400 yuan, benefiting 140,700 heating households in 104 townships and towns in 12 counties and cities in Kashgar, effectively improving the heating conditions of the masses, greatly improving their quality of life, and more people enjoying the fruits of clean heating.
The achievement of clean heating is inseparable from the support of clean energy. As one of the regions with the best light resources in the country, Kashgar's abundant solar energy resources and unique geographical environment have made Kashgar's installed capacity of clean energy rise year after year. Up to now, the total installed capacity of photovoltaic new energy in Kashgar has reached 1.23 million kilowatts, accounting for 29.5% of the total installed capacity, and the utilization rate of photovoltaic energy has reached 97%.
Since 2021, the State Grid Kashgar Power Supply Company has actively implemented the State Grid Corporation's "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" action plan, in view of the unstable photovoltaic power generation, dispatch difficulties, difficult storage and other issues, adhere to the priority dispatch of new energy, multi-dimensional improvement of the coordination capacity of the power system. At the same time, we will formulate reasonable utilization targets for new energy, form a dynamic adjustment mechanism conducive to the development of new energy and the overall optimization of new power systems, adapt to local conditions, make full use of the system's consumption capacity, ensure the timely synchronization of clean energy, support the development of distributed power generation, and ensure that it can be fully developed and exhausted。 And coordinate the coordinated development of source networks, loads and storage, and realize the synchronous planning, synchronous construction and synchronous operation of clean energy supporting power grid projects for power supply and power grid。
Up to now, Kashgar Power Grid has 91 photovoltaic power plants, including 48 centralized photovoltaic power stations, 42 distributed photovoltaic power stations, and 1 energy storage photovoltaic power station, which can add 450,000 kilowatts of photovoltaics and 80,000 kilowatts of energy storage.
In recent years, in order to improve the photovoltaic grid and consumption capacity, the State Grid Kashgar Power Supply Company has continuously accelerated the construction of the power grid, and has completed a total of 10.63 billion yuan in power grid investment, realized the clean heating of 494,000 rural residents, transformed 165 schools with 260,000 square meters of electric heating, and completed the express connection of 15,300 decentralized electric naan pits in 8 cities, effectively promoting the consumption of new energy and promoting the development of green industries with green electricity.
