The Taibu Temple Banner People's Court has deeply promoted the governance of multiple sources of dispute resolution, set rules, built mechanisms, and built platforms, with fruitful results and remarkable achievements. At the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, the party group of the court deeply analyzed and carefully planned, and through the formulation of work systems and plans, analyzed the shortcomings of the taibu Temple Banner People's Court's work on the governance of multiple dispute resolution sources, and deeply learned from the results of the work of other courts in resolving disputes and litigation sources, which pointed out the direction for the development of recent work.
As of January 27, there were 210 newly received litigation cases, down 7 percentage points year-on-year, of which 44 were judicially confirmed cases, up 69.23 percentage points year-on-year. The decline in litigation cases and the rise in judicial confirmation cases are not accidental, relying on the use of the multi-dispute litigation mediation docking center, while realizing the seamless docking of litigation and mediation, the contradiction will be resolved in the undeveloped and stopped before the lawsuit; relying on the brand effect of the "Jinyi Studio", while deepening the governance of the source of litigation, increasing the strength of multi-party participation in mediation; relying on the construction of "no-litigation communities" and "no-litigation villages", while reducing the occurrence of contradictions in the bud, reducing the occurrence of contradictions and disputes from the source; relying on the full coverage of "one heart and many stations", While opening up the "last kilometer" of serving the masses, it has extended the tentacles of judicial services.

Entering 2022, under the leadership of the party group of the court, the litigation service center will closely focus on the work of "multiple dispute resolution and litigation source governance", focus on creating a new pattern of diversified dispute resolution and litigation source governance, and the audit management office will continue to follow up the efficiency of litigation source governance in the future, and strive to provide the people with one-stop, all-round, multi-level, convenient and efficient litigation services, summarize experience, overcome deficiencies, and continuously improve the level of the people's courts' ability to govern multiple dispute resolution sources.
