The "Proposal on Optimizing and Improving the Urban Drainage System" written by Miao Jiayi, a senior second (2) student of Sheyang Middle School in Jiangsu Province, under the guidance of Zhang Ling, a teacher of Sizheng, was honorably listed, and only two works in Jiangsu Province were on the list.
A total of 111,000 teenagers across the country signed up to participate in the event, and nearly 50,000 CPPCC members and ideological teachers at all levels served as instructors.
