The iOS and iPadOS 15.4 SDK supports the development of applications for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices running iOS and iPadOS 15.4 beta. Apple Pay
New features for iOS and iPadOS 15.4 Beta
Developers can express payment network preferences in PKPayment. Network preferences are determined by the order in which they are supported by networked Networks. This does not override the user's default card selection, but if the card is multi-SSD, the network preference order will determine which SSD to choose. （80827905）

Support added to the passcode technology preview, allowing iPhones with saved passcodes to log in password-compatible websites and applications on Mac and iPad. （87998254）
Known issues
Logging into iPad is limited to apps in this beta version.
iCloud
During setting up an iCloud+ custom email domain on iOS, email address verification may not be completed. （85192033）
Workaround: Go to your custom email domain to complete email verification and set up an iCloud+ custom email domain.
Game controllers
The new DualSense adaptive trigger firmware feature available via GCDual is now supported. （87433163）
Health apps
When you try to add blood oxygen from within the app, the Health app crashes. （87617635）
Health kit
Verifiable health records now support the addition of vaccination records in the form of the EU Digital Coronavirus Certificate (EU DCC) to wallets and health apps. （79917344）
The query API in HealthKitSwift now supports the async/wait syntax, which simplifies the code structure that previously used completion callbacks. （74040680）
EU digital coronavirus certificates issued by Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Cape Verde, North Macedonia and Palestine are currently not verifiable or added to wallets. （87243064）
If you skip Healthy Sharing when you set up your Apple Watch for a family member, you won't be able to enable it later. （87210981）

In the Home app, you might not be able to access a material accessory with multiple endpoints. （86170578）
After pairing with the Home app, important accessories may go into an "Unresponsive" state. （86497690）
Temporary response: Remove the accessory from the home, reset the accessory, and then add it back to the home. If the problem persists, remove your home hub from Family and add it again. If the problem persists, delete the home hub and create a new one.
If Apple Home doesn't exist, Matter Accessories will fail to add traffic to 3P apps. （80341813）
Interim response: Start the Home app and first create a home hub.
Information
After viewing the photos in QuickLook, the conversation history will not scroll. （87855403）
Workaround: Exit the conversation and reopen it to resume scrolling.
Phone
All users outside of India have disabled SOS "Press 5 To Call" to resolve an issue that caused some users to inadvertently default to this setting. （86189447）
