In accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the Sixth Session of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Fujian Province decided to accept Lei Chunmei's request to resign as vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Fujian Province due to the age of service.
The Sixth Session of the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province decided to accept Liu Daoqi's request to resign as Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province
In accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, due to the age of service, the Sixth Session of the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province decided to accept Liu Daoqi's request to resign as Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, in view of the fact that the members of the Qualification Review Committee for Deputies must be members of the Standing Committee, Liu Daoqi's post as vice chairman of the Qualification Review Committee of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Fujian Province shall be terminated accordingly from the date of adoption of this Decision.
