Transfer expert Romano reported that Porto have received an official offer from Liverpool for a floating bonus of €40 million + €2,500 from Luis Díaz.
The deal between the two clubs is in the final stages, with Díaz currently playing against the national team in Colombia and Liverpool hoping to get Díaz to complete a medical examination in Colombia.
Díaz, 25, plays as a left-back or left winger whose contract with Porto expires in 2024, has played in 28 games so far this season, contributing 16 goals and six assists.
