Wang Zhaoxu: Firmly grasp the core of "public welfare" and closely focus on the most direct and realistic interest issues that the people are most concerned about. I think this sentence can be a good summary of the procuratorial work of public interest litigation. This year, public interest litigation has repeatedly invited people's congresses to listen to reports on their work, and it can also be seen from the feedback from the annual report that the work has achieved remarkable results, and the case areas involve food and drugs, black soil, protection of minors, and public health and safety. Public interest litigation procuratorial work has always practiced the concept of people first, continuously expanded the field outside the "etc.", explored and sorted out public interest litigation clues through multiple channels and levels, put forward procuratorial suggestions in a timely manner, and urged administrative organs to perform their duties according to law, contributing procuratorial strength to the construction of our county.
What other hot issues have you been following recently?
Wang Chaoxu: Recently, I have paid great attention to the black land protection work, and I understand that the special work of black land protection is the key work of our hospital's public interest litigation in 2021. The cases handled are no longer simple and shallow "small problems", and continue to expand to cases with serious illegal problems such as damaging the ecological environment and encroaching on state-owned property, and truly excavate case clues in depth, improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision, and handle cases with high quality and efficiency. At the same time, it organized and carried out activities such as "black land protection" and "improving the rural living environment" for 100 days, creating a new momentum of public interest litigation, forming a new pattern of public interest litigation, and effectively safeguarding the interests of everyone by performing the procuratorial function of public interest litigation.
