As for the slow delivery of milk by caesarean section, I did not feel it. I milked the next day, and after the third day there was enough milk to give to two babies of the same age. My weight also returned to pre-pregnancy on the sixth or seventh day after giving birth (16 pounds of weight gained during pregnancy).
