The owners of more than 5,000 houses in Qinwang resettlement may not know who the neighbors who used to be upstairs and downstairs are, but they are very likely to know Xu Yan, the "group leader" of the seven WeChat groups of "Old Qin Wang". Xu Yan, 42, recently "double happiness at the door": one is to get the key to Qin Wang's resettlement house, and the other is to open a restaurant on Gongwang Street. The former allows a small family that has been wandering for 4 years to have a new home of its own, while the latter provides a place for the owners of Qinwang resettlement houses to gather and communicate.

Back 5 years ago, Xu Yan's child was about to go to kindergarten. In order to give her children a good educational environment, she and her husband ran a lot of land, and finally chose to buy a commercial house in Fuyuan Lane, Qinwang Block.
In the eyes of the outside world, there are many "innate deficiencies" in the Qinwang block: the age of the house is large, the spacing is small, and the commercial housing and the joint construction house are intertwined. Because of the lack of effective management, friction caused by random parking of cars and littering occurs from time to time. But in Xu Yan's view, that is their ideal living area: the two schools are not far apart, Fuchun Seven Primary School and Fuchun Middle School are basically walking within ten minutes; Qinwang Square is always popular day and night, the elderly exercising, children learning roller skating, couples walking with each other can be seen everywhere; the surrounding fireworks are thick, vegetable farms, restaurants, photo studios are there, life is very convenient. The deepest memory left in Xu Yan is that every time she comes back from work, she can always meet neighbors who are sniffing melon seeds and nagging at home downstairs, and all the way through is a kind greeting.
However, the plan could not keep up with the changes. In 2017, Fuyang launched the organic renewal of Qinwang Block. For the better development of the city, but also for the better living environment of their own family, Xu Yan and thousands of owners of Qinwang Block hurriedly packed their bags and scattered them in all corners of the city to adapt to the new living environment. Because her job is relatively relaxed, Xu Yan used her leisure time to start paying attention to the construction of Qinwang resettlement housing, and ran to the construction site every two or three days. She also set up a WeChat group "Qinwang Owners Group" to publish the construction dynamics to the group in real time, so that everyone can understand the situation. What she did not expect was that word of mouth among neighbors, weChat groups have grown rapidly, and there will be seven groups by 2021.
In these WeChat groups, new problems arise every day. Initially, everyone's focus was on the construction of resettlement houses: "Group owners, do we have floor paint in the underground garage" "Group owners, the name of the demolition house is grandparents, can grandchildren read supporting kindergartens"... Xu Yan is a warm-hearted person, always reply to what she knows in a timely manner in the group, do not know she ran to Qinwang "City Eye" Engineering Construction Headquarters and relevant departments to inquire, and then she made a short video to publish a short video to everyone to see: marble dry hanging external wall, oversized lawn, beautiful scenery... The commitments fulfilled by the district party committee and the district government were displayed one by one.
Not long after, the "painting style" in the group changed, and many owners began to participate in the construction of resettlement houses through WeChat groups: with the support of Qinwang's "City Eye" headquarters and relevant departments and streets, Xu Yan and the backbone parties in the group rushed to complete major events such as the naming of Qinwang resettlement houses and the design of the community LOGO together. Seeing that the project builders braved the wind and rain and worked overtime to build, the owners raised more than 20,000 yuan of money in the "10 pieces of you, 20 pieces of me" and prepared a batch of condolences to the construction site. They ordered t-shirts printed with the words "Qin Wang, we walked together in those years", planned to dress uniformly on the day of delivery, and left a group photo in their new home. They also prepared 22,000 candies and placed them in four blocks in two neighborhoods on the day of delivery, thinking that "family members" could be sweet.
Later, many people added Xu Yan's WeChat and sought her help to match: there were neighbors who wanted to change houses, find jobs, find a partner... Xu Yan replied one by one and acted as a "free intermediary". After a long time, Xu Yan felt that the online space was far from enough, and the relocated households in Qinwang needed an offline communication place. So she opened a restaurant "Left Neighbor Right House" on Gongwang Street and opposite the resettlement house: the decoration took a lot of thought, not only hundreds of old photos of Qinwang collected from the relocated households in the Qinwang block, but also named the boxes after several lanes - Fuyuan Lane and Lianqun Lane. Xu Yan also specially opened a public welfare blind date corner, which was classified and displayed according to the age and requirements of neighbors. What excites her is that after a year of online blind date, two couples are about to enter the marriage hall.
With the matter of "new home" settled one by one, the online WeChat group "Qinwang Owner Group" has been renamed "Mother's Old Qinwang", and the "base area" of the offline "left neighbor and right house" has also been opened, and the burden on Xu Yan's shoulders is much lighter. Looking back, she said that the only thought she had to stick to was: "I just want to tell everyone out loud that our house is a quality housing enterprise construction, and our owners are loving, grateful, and united." ”
