Kyrgyzstan's Border Guard also unilaterally blocked parts of the road from Bakent, the capital of Kyrgyzstan's Batken Oblast, to the southwestern City of Isfana, Kyrgyzstan, kyrgyzstan, according to kyrgyzstan's State Security Council.
