In the leBron James album of the official special "75 Stories" released by the NBA for the 75th biggest stars in history, NBA star Dwyane Wade appeared on camera to share his memories of James.

"The first time I watched LeBron play? Let me tell you a story. I remember the first time I saw LeBron. He was doing a feature show, and there was a TV station broadcasting it. When he did the special show, he was a senior in high school and had just finished his senior season. He had that plush exploding head, a baby's face, and a shrill voice. I remember listening to his interviews and hearing him say that if he could challenge the rules and get into the NBA after his junior year of high school, he would do that.

"I remember thinking, 'This arrogant little XX, what, he left high school to play in the NBA after his junior year of high school?' Then his game went live on ESPN, the first national live broadcast of the first high school game we've seen. Like everyone else, I opened the channel to watch the ball and see what this guy was capable of. I watched him play for three minutes and I sighed, 'Okay, this guy, he's strong.' It's that he's at another level, he's a star. He's in that moment, in such a big moment, he can play that kind of performance, and he makes it look easy, you know he's a star. Wade said.
