Many of us prefer to do everything on our own. We felt it would be easier not to involve too many people in order to avoid conflict with people with different personalities. Cooperation may even be seen as a burden that overwhelms us.
Working together is the best way to succeed. We have to recognize that everyone has his own talents, and when we can connect with them, we can work together to accomplish this task.
