Wukesong Sports Center Winter Olympic Awards Uniform Unveiled After the game, it will be recycled as an Olympic legacy

Beijing, January 27 (Reporter Chen Hang) Reporter learned from the wukesong sports center venue operation team that the wukesong sports center winter Olympic award ceremony costume recently unveiled, after the game will be recycled as the Olympic legacy.

Zhang Yajie, head of ceremony etiquette of the venue operation team of Wukesong Sports Center, introduced that there are three sets of award dresses for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, namely "Ruixue Xiangyun", "Hongyun Shanshui" and "Tang Hua Feixue". The ceremonial costume of wukesong sports center is "Hongyun Shanshui".

Inspired by the famous Chinese painting "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", the "Hongyun Shanshui" uniform uses the landscape expression techniques in Chinese paintings to combine traditional Chinese landscape images with mountain shadows in the core graphics of the Winter Olympics, so that classical and modern are blended, and blue and white landscapes jump out of the clothes.

"The clothes are made of polyimide fiber materials, which have been applied in the aerospace field, with advantages such as high and low temperature resistance, good skin adaptability, and low thermal conductivity of the material itself. High-tech graphene materials are also used, and the award ceremony costume at minus 30 degrees Celsius can also keep warm. Zhang Yajie said.

From April to June 2021, after a three-month recruitment period, a total of 217 candidates from 11 universities participated in the award ceremony training. In order to train the ceremonial personnel team that meets the technical standards of the International Olympic Committee and the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee, the teacher training team has built a complete teaching system including teaching courses, action standards, award streams and other professional contents, and implemented training from basic knowledge teaching to professional movement training, from etiquette travel combination to award synthesis exercises. At the end of August, the 45-day award ceremony volunteer candidates were intensively trained.

Zhang Yajie said that the 15 award ceremony volunteers at the venue were from China Women's College and Chinese Min Public Security University, with an average height of 1.76 meters, all of whom participated in professional training and then went to the venue to run the team celebration ceremony to engage in award ceremony work.

Zhang Yajie said that the volunteers of the award ceremony will be deeply involved in the award ceremony service, which will also become a beautiful landscape on the field. The costumes will be recycled after the Games as an Olympic legacy. (End)
