According to the latest report of the German media Bild newspaper, Sports directorrouven Schröde of Bundesliga club Schalke 04 rejected a offer from Serie A club AC Milan for 20-year-old centre-back Malick Thiaw.
Milan's offer is 6.5 million euros, and only a total price of 10 million euros will allow Schalke to start negotiations. Schröder has now decided to keep Thiaw, and his contract doesn't expire until 2024, so Schalke isn't in a hurry.
