According to CNN (CNN) reported on the evening of January 25, Apple CEO Cook was threatened by a woman who claimed to be his wife, and the two also conceived children.

On January 25, local time, Apple claimed that it had applied to the court for a restraining order against a woman and had been approved. The woman allegedly threatened, harassed and stalked CEO Tim Cook for more than a year.

Later last week, Apple filed court documents in Santa Clara County Superior Court that a woman from Virginia exhibited "odd, threatening and strange" behavior. She claimed to be Cook's wife and said they had twins, the documents said.

The 45-year-old woman, Julia Lee Choi, from Virginia, was accused of making multiple threats against Cook, including emailing him photos of a loaded pistol and breaking into his house, according to court documents.

Documents show she would tag Cook on Twitter and write private messages suggesting she wanted a sexual relationship, saying she "couldn't live anymore" and "patience was almost over."

Apple said the woman began harassing Cook in October 2020, saying on Twitter that they were married. However, Cook officially declared himself gay as early as 2014.

The woman's homepage of Twitter is also Cook's headshot, and the updated various tweets are shouting in the air to show love. She also claimed that Google CEO Sanda Pitzer had wanted to sabotage her relationship with Cook several times, and that she "fully understood Cook's past, and his actions were a last resort."

The court documents also show that between October and mid-November 2020, the woman sent nearly 200 emails to Cook, in increasingly intense tones.

Then she drove into Cook's house...

In October 2021, she was detained by local police after breaking into Cook's private home. She allegedly asked to speak to Cook, but was turned away by security guards and returned minutes later. She drove a Porsche with an expired driver's license and told the local police confronting her that she might engage in acts of violence. Police searched the vehicle but did not find any weapons.

At the same time, the woman also tried to open a fraudulent business in Cook's name. Throughout 2021, the woman tried to open fraudulent companies in various states, including California, New York and Virginia, court documents said.

In addition, the woman used Cook's name, personal address and Apple's company address when she tried to register dozens of fraudulent companies.

Last month, she asked Cook for $500 million in forgiveness. Court documents show that she wrote in an email on Dec. 18: "We don't have to meet, give me 500 million in cash."

The woman's actions finally got Apple into action, and Apple said in its application that the woman "may be carrying a weapon, is still in the South Bay area, and intends to return to Cook's residence in the near future."

A restraining order issued by the court prohibited the woman from possessing a firearm, from approaching any Apple employee, including Cook, and from entering any of Apple's companies and Cook's residence.

It is understood that a hearing on the matter is scheduled to be held on March 29.
