The real-life version of "Door Lock"! The real estate agent pretended to be the landlord to rent out the house and then burglarized

Not long ago, a popular movie "Door Lock" made many people living alone tense their nerves. Now the real-life version of "Door Lock" is also quietly staged, but this time the protagonist has been replaced by a real estate agent who pretends to be a landlord. He forged the real estate deed, rented the house to others at a low price as bait, collected long-term rent, and then chose to burglary...

In June 2021, the house rented by Mr. Wang was about to expire. When he was worried about how to rent a house, a colleague from the company recommended a real estate agent to him. The next day, Mr. Wang contacted the intermediary Ding Moumou and agreed on the time and place of the good house.

After seeing the house represented by Ding Moumou, Mr. Wang expressed great satisfaction, but Mr. Wang, who has always been rational, still left a heart eye, he requested: "Although this is your friend's house, but after all, to sign the contract, it is best to let the landlord himself take the property certificate and ID card to sign, so that we are more at ease." ”

Only to see that Ding Moumou was not in a hurry, took out his mobile phone and calmly called the "landlord". Not long after, a man claiming to be the landlord hurried in with a photo of the property deed. After checking the address and ID card on the property deed, Mr. Wang signed a rental contract with him with confidence. The contract clearly states: pay six months' rent and pledge a month's deposit, and the one-month rent is 1700 yuan. As a result, Mr. Wang transferred a total of 11,900 yuan to Ding Moumou in three times.

A few days after moving, a remark from a next-door neighbor aroused Mr. Wang's suspicions. "I recently lost something, just Ding Moumou has my room key, I suspect that his hands and feet are not clean, you should also be careful." Listening to this, Mr. Wang instantly added a layer of gray "filter" to Ding Moumou. But Mr. Wang's next encounter completely shattered this layer of filters, allowing Ding Moumou to reveal his original hideous face.

One morning, Mr. Wang, who was preparing to go out, met the real landlord of the house he rented, "Boy, you tenants should pay the rent." Mr. Wang couldn't help but mutter: "I have signed a contract and paid half a year's rent, how can someone come to collect the rent?" After checking the procedures of the person in front of him about the house, Mr. Wang found that the other party was actually a real landlord, "Ding Moumou turned out to be a liar!" Subsequently, after understanding what had happened, the real landlord rushed to the police station to report the case.

After Ding Moumou arrived at the case, he confessed that he used to be a real estate agent, so he learned that two houses located in a certain community were to be rented. "Because I owed about 30,000 or 40,000 yuan of gambling debts outside and couldn't repay the urgent need for money, I came up with the idea to make money."

Ding Moumou used his identity as a housing agent to first take the person who intended to rent to see the house to be rented in advance. If the other party agrees to rent, Ding Moumou will negotiate the price with the other party as the landlord or the landlord who means to make others come forward to "play" the landlord, and use the low rent as bait to require the other party to sign a long-term contract similar to one payment and six. Once this side is signed, Ding Moumou will immediately find the real landlord, sign a short-term contract with him at a high price, and use the difference between the two contracts to defraud cash.

In order to further gain the trust of tenants, Ding Moumou also used the P map software to make a fake real estate certificate for the room to be rented for himself. Although Ding Moumou knew in his heart that his behavior of "high-priced rent-low-priced rental" was not a long-term solution, he still saw that the huge gambling debts he owed could not be repaid, he still had a heart, "Let's make money first!" As of the time of the case, Ding Moumou defrauded 4 people of more than 30,000 yuan through such methods.

But even so, these fraudulent rents are still difficult to understand Ding's urgent needs. Just after renting out the house in hand, Ding Moumou used the spare key he kept privately during the rental period to sneak into the room rented by many tenants, and stole cash, brand-name wallets, Moutai wine, mobile phones and other items when there was no one in the house. After appraisal, the total value of the above-mentioned property is nearly 6,000 yuan.

Recently, the Shanghai Minhang District People's Procuratorate prosecuted the case of contract fraud and theft of Ding XX, and the defendant Ding XX was sentenced to one year and one month imprisonment and fined for committing contract fraud and theft.
