On January 17, 2020, at the Third Session of the 15th Beijing Municipal People's Congress, the Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Emission Pollution from Motor Vehicles and Non-road Mobile Machinery were officially voted and passed, and will be officially implemented on May 1. The implementation of the "Regulations" will play an important role in further strengthening the prevention and control of emission pollution from motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery in the city, achieving continuous improvement of air quality, and helping to win the blue sky defense war.
