Live Bar January 25, Spain Six reporter Juanfe Sanz Perez reported that Juventus inquired about the situation of Espanyol forward De Thomas.

Sanz said Morata wanted to leave Juve and Juve considered bringing in De Thomas as a replacement, but de Thomas's €70 million termination clause was too high for Juve.

De Thomas, 27, plays as a center forward and has played in 23 games for Espanyol this season, scoring 12 goals and assisting 2 assists, and was selected for the Spanish national team for the first time. De Tomas is currently worth €15 million.
