On September 25, Guangzhou Tourism Information Consultation Center (Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Port & Convention and Exhibition Area Outlets) and bay area city terminal pilot outlets were officially opened. It is reported that these two outlets are jointly established by the Guangzhou City Tourism Inquiry and Rescue Service Center (Guangzhou Cultural Tourism Industry Promotion Center), Guangzhou Bus Group Passenger Ferry Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Business Travel Service Co., Ltd., which will provide citizens and tourists with more temperature and wider Cantonese consulting services, so that everyone can enjoy the Pearl River and enjoy the flower city.

The South + reporter learned from the Guangzhou Tourism Information Consultation Center that the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Port & Exhibition Area Outlets are backed by the north bank of the Pearl River, echoing along the river with Guangzhou's landmark building - Guangzhou Tower, and strolling down the river meets the first cross-border port on the water in the central city of Guangzhou - Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Ferry Terminal.

On the day of the opening ceremony, the organizers simultaneously carried out the "Boutique Pearl River" brand promotion, the airport bus between Guangzhou and Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan, wearing the colorful new costumes of the IP image of Guangzhou Cultural Tourism and the cultural symbols of Guangfu, enthusiastically taking the guests of the Bay Area of the three places to gather on the Pearl River, with the old Guangzhou complex, taking a boat to the river, visiting the Haixin Bridge, the historical buildings along the River Road, the 13 Elements Museum, the Haixin Bridge and other attractions, and discovering different charms of Zhushui.
As of September 2021, there are 29 tourist information consultation centers in the city, distributed in airports, airport city terminals, railway stations, bus terminals, passenger terminals, commercial booms and popular scenic spots. Among them, there are 11 tourist information information centers (service outlets) directly under the municipal administration. The consultation center is mainly concentrated in airports, railway stations, bus terminals, wharves and some popular scenic spots, and gradually forms a three-dimensional consulting service network.
