As a practitioner in the field of art, in Yang Li's view, chengdu's cultural and creative industries do not dig deep enough into the art culture itself, and the role of traditional culture and traditional art in cultural and creative design is in the superficial stage. "It is recommended to combine deeper cultural connotations and artistic aesthetics into the development and promotion of cultural creativity, so that the protection and continuation of original art, traditional culture and skills, research and creation can promote the organic integration of art and commerce, and let art and industry be combined, so that creative design and original art can achieve both depth, thickness and temperature."

At the same time, some people lack awareness of copyright protection, which also affects the effectiveness and impact of the promotion of original art. "Original art is creative, innovative and scarce. We must strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and vigorously grasp copyright incentives. "Yang Li suggested that an incentive mechanism can be formulated to encourage and commend excellent copyright workstations and bases, widely promote the protection of cultural and artistic intellectual property rights, encourage all original art to register copyright, and advocate the originality and attributes of culture and art." It is conducive to effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners and intellectual property owners, integrating resources for the source of creativity, and providing a strong guarantee for the innovative development and prosperity of original art.

The development of original art is inseparable from talents, Yang Li said that the quality of works and classic output are the source of the sustainable development of original art. Yang Li suggested that it is necessary to incubate and cultivate young artists and outstanding artistic talents with preferential policies and elegant environments, and form the "Chengdu force" of original culture and art. "At the same time, it is recommended to give support for the upgrading of files, the construction of a consolidated platform, and project funds for original art settlements, new literary and artistic groups, and cultural and creative industrial parks with influence and social value, so as to promote Chengdu's original art to better go international, become an important base for international and domestic cultural exports, and enhance the influence of world cultural cities."
