A French farmer was fined 3,000 euros for "disturbing the people" by raising his own rooster and ordered to stop breeding.

The owner of the rooster, Dennis Bauchi, lives in Saint-Silvestre, Haute-Savoie, France, and local residents accuse the rooster of ruining their sleep and tranquility by their constant chirping.

Dennis was fined by a complaint by his neighbor.

But Dennis wanted to defend "the right of the rooster to sing," so he appealed to the court.

The results were supported by 160,000 people.

It aims to maintain the rooster chirping and fertilizer smell with a rural local atmosphere, thus ending the many controversies caused by the "nuisance" of rural noise and smell in recent years.

I think it's okay to raise chickens in the countryside, but it's not good if it's in the city.

What do you think?
