In order to focus on improving the fire rescue team to adapt to the needs of "all kinds of disasters and major emergencies" in the new era and new situation, on January 20, the Beijing Huairou District Fire Rescue Detachment carried out a low-temperature snow disaster rope rescue practical pull drill at the Huaibei Ski Resort.
Based on the needs of actual combat, the drill set up two subjects of practical training, the first scenario is a ski enthusiast skiing due to excessive speed, accidentally rushed out of the advanced slope and fell into the mountain stream, resulting in serious damage to the body, weak vital signs, and urgent need for transfer and treatment as the background to carry out actual combat drills. Scene 2 is that the tourists fell into a coma after falling down the hillside due to the failure to lock the seat belt during the cable car ride, and the detachment received the police to dispose of it.
During the exercise, after the commander ascertained the situation at the scene, he quickly issued an operational order and formulated a rescue plan. The participating commanders and fighters took the fire truck as the lower fulcrum and the trees on the mountain as the upper fulcrum, set up rope bridges at two fulcrums, fixed the wounded through the body to fix the air bags and stretchers, and successfully transferred the trapped people to the bottom of the mountain by the rope bridge, and the snow rescue personnel used the snowmobile to quickly send them to the infirmary for disposal.
During the exercise, all the combatants cooperated with tacit understanding and fully based on the disaster situation at the scene to carry out all-weather, all-element real-life training, which further consolidated the rope rescue technology foundation of the participants and enhanced the technical application ability and teamwork level.
In the next step, the Huairou District Fire Rescue Detachment will continue to carry out various types of disaster accident combat drills, adhere to high standards and strict requirements, pay attention to training links, step by step, strengthen communication and exchanges, and continuously absorb some good training methods and experience to apply to future rescue, and improve the level of practical application capabilities.
