Do you remember the taste of happiness?
When people reach middle age, there is no way before and no way back.
Life is a chicken feather, and happiness seems to have fallen on a thick layer of ash, gradually becoming a sigh.
The American educator Durham once tried to find happiness:
He looked for it in knowledge, and all he got was disillusionment;
Looking for it from traveling, all you get is tiredness;
Looking for it in wealth, all you get is sorrow;
……
Until one day, he saw a young woman at the train station, holding a sleeping baby in her arms.
A middle-aged man got off the train, walked straight to the woman, kissed his wife, and kissed the baby softly.
Then, the family left happily.
At this time, Durand was surprised to discover what true happiness was.
He was relieved with joy and realized: "Every normal activity in life is a kind of happiness." ”
Happiness is not a definition, but a feeling.
James Oppenheim said:
"Foolish people, looking for happiness from afar; wise people, rooted happiness under their feet."
Striving hard and perceiving with the heart is the attitude towards happiness.

Busy is the starting point of happiness
Happiness is a battle.
To fight is not to fight with others, but with laziness.
Ancient poems have clouds:
"People are not idle, busy to solve a thousand worries."
Everyone's time is the same, how to live a day, how to live a lifetime.
People who are busy, life is full and tasteful, life will be happy and long.
In the Buddhist scriptures, the story of the monk Zhiren is recorded.
In his later years, he went on a study tour and returned to the monastery twenty years later.
The disciples saw that The Master was still full of energy, as young as he had been before leaving.
Confused, he asked Master:
"How have you lived these twenty years, and how are you still full of energy?"
Zhiren smiled and replied:
"In the past twenty years, I have lived very well, preaching the Scriptures, reading and painting every day, and I am as happy as you are when you go out and play."
The next day, the disciples were still asleep in their dreams, and Zhiren had gotten up to chant the sutra and do morning lessons.
The morning class is over, followed by a lecture for the disciples.
In his spare time, he also practices calligraphy and painting.
From morning to night, there was no pause.
So for a few days, without interruption.
So the disciple came and asked the master:
"Master, you are busy all day, don't you feel hard?" Day and night, why don't you see a trace of aging? ”
"It's so busy every day, but I don't have time to get old."
When people are busy, they forget their age.
There is nothing easier in this world than lying around and brushing your phone for hours and watching TV for hours.
If you indulge in comfort day by day, don't bother to change.
The happiness obtained has nothing to rely on, and the heart will be empty, and gradually lose the ability to feel happiness.
On the contrary, people who are busy are rich and down-to-earth in their hearts.
Getting busy is a release of vitality and a manifestation of self-worth.
It will continuously bring about the satisfaction and pleasure of the soul, and it is a real and long-lasting happiness.
Idleness is the fulcrum of happiness
There are two levels of life: one is vivid and the other is quiet.
Do things when you are vivid, think when you are quiet.
The grasp of leisure time hides a person's future.
Zhang Chao wrote in "Shadow of Dreams":
"Only those who can be busy with the world can be busy with the world's leisure."
Idle can read, idle can travel to famous places, idle can make friends, idle can write books. ”
People who can really enjoy leisure are not idle people.
In a lecture, Mr. Hu Shi summed up his life's achievements.
When it comes to vernacular language, it is said that it is completely the full use of free time.
He worked at least a dozen part-time jobs a day and was busy.
But once idle, I will think about how to make the general public understand their lessons.
Constantly explore, keep trying, and test the effect of vernacular language implementation in different ways.
While others were wandering around, Hu Shi let the vernacular "occupy" China and became a pioneer of the new cultural movement.
He once said:
"What a man accomplishes often depends on how he uses his leisure time.
He used his leisure to play mahjong, and he became a gambler;
You use your leisure time to study history, and you may become a historian.
Your leisure time often determines your life. ”
Someone once made an analysis: if a person's life is calculated according to the age of 72, then sleep accounts for 20 years, eating accounts for 6 years, illness accounts for 2 years, cultural and sports activities account for 8 years, work accounts for 14 years, and leisure time has 22 years.
How to use free time determines the height of a person's life.
Many times, some of the great changes in life come from such moments.
Dong Qing, a woman with a poetic and bookish temperament, makes people feel beautiful at first glance.
In fact, her deep cultural heritage is also cultivated by using leisure time.
When she was a child, during the summer vacation, she hid at home to read Tang poems and Song Ci and read "Dream of the Red Chamber".
Later, when I was busy at work, I would also sneak around and squeeze out an hour of reading every day, until today.
Really powerful people regard "idle time" as their "value-added period".
Liang Shiqiu said:
"When people are idle, they are most like themselves."
In this beautiful day of your own, slowing down and quietly working hard is a very happy thing.
Jing is the node of happiness
Long life, long road and twists.
In the impetuous world, there are too many desires and temptations.
Resist the hustle and bustle outside the door, and be sober in the heart, only to keep quiet.
Only when the mind is quiet can we not be disturbed by the world, and happiness can grow naturally.
Claudius said:
"Nature gives everyone the opportunity to be happy, and people know it, but they don't know how to get it."
At the node of impetuous life, we may as well stop, meditate, and sort out ourselves.
Ishihara Henghe, a gentle and humble producer.
The game "Pokemon", which he led the production, sold nearly 300 million copies worldwide as of last year.
The resulting anime Douban score is as high as 9.1, and the "yellow Pikachu" image has become a childhood idol for countless children.
However, even such a peaceful person has experienced the influence of emotions.
Before the advent of the world-famous "Pikachu", Ishihara was a technician at an advertising agency.
All along, their team has been as close as family.
Later, the team led by Ishihara received a large project with a production time of up to 2 years.
However, due to the unsuccessful process of writing the program, after the agreed time, the original idea still failed to take shape.
During that time, Ishihara worked until late at night every day, and his mood began to gradually become impetuous.
He even forced employees to ask, "Why can't I do it?" ”
Gradually, different voices began to appear within the team, and one of the main project leaders even offered to leave.
In the end, although the project was completed, Ishihara's heart was very hurt.
Ishihara admits:
"For many years after that, I didn't dare to take out the work of that time, even if I looked at it again."
After a period of silence and reflection, Ishihara gradually became calmer and began to accept a new round of challenges.
After 6 years of dedicated development, Pokemon was born and set an explosive eye for the world.
In the interview, Ishihara smiled happily at the camera:
"If I hadn't experienced that emotional swing, I wouldn't have found the true meaning of life.
I feel that happiness is not about implanting attachment, but about keeping calm and innocence. ”
People who are quiet inside will not be disturbed by the external environment.
Only by being quiet can we keep happiness.
A story is recorded in the Book of Later Han and the Biography of Guo Tai.
One day, Guo Tai saw a man walking on the road carrying a crock pot.
On the way, the crock pot suddenly landed on the ground and fell to pieces.
But the pedestrians continued to walk as if nothing had happened.
Guo Tai rushed forward and asked him why he didn't even look at it, so he abandoned it.
The man replied:
"Broken is broken, what's the use of looking at it again?"
Happiness in life is the joy of being able to take it and the open-mindedness that can be put down.
The most tangible happiness is not to worry about emotions, to keep quiet, and to do everything in the present down-to-earth.
Waking up is the inflection point of happiness
In this life, the hardest thing is to be sober.
Do things soberly, do not dwell on trivialities, do not speak lightly of failure, and have more light and frankness in your heart, and life will be more calm and comfortable.
Yang Dai said:
"No matter what step you go up in your life, there are people at the bottom of the stairs looking up at you, and there are people on the steps who are looking down on you.
You look up at yourself, you look down at yourself, and only by looking down can you see your true self. ”
The world respects Yang Dai as "sir", but she herself is humble and low-key, and treats people kindly and sincerely.
In her cognition, she is not a celebrity, just a writer.
This is a rare state of life.
Knowing what you are pursuing, knowing what you are living for, is the most determined happiness on the road of life.
During the Western Jin Dynasty, the kings fought endlessly.
Zhang Han served as an aide to king Qi and lived in Luoyang.
One autumn, when the autumn wind was gradually rising, Zhang Han couldn't help but miss the sea bass and cabbage soup in his hometown of Wu County.
He said:
"Life is the most precious thing to be able to adapt.
How could I be an official thousands of miles away, pursuing fame and status and ignoring my hometown? ”
So he bid farewell to the King of Qi, ordered the car to be prepared, and went back to his hometown.
Soon after, the King of Qi failed in battle, and Luoyang was in chaos, but Zhang Han had already lived a stable and peaceful life in his hometown.
Sobriety is a self-reflective, self-conscious state of mind.
Maintaining a sincere heart and pursuing the life you want is the greatest happiness rooted in the depths of the soul.
Enjoy the process of pursuing happiness
Life is a process, and every journey has its own beautiful scenery.
Read with your heart and feel with your heart.
Every effort is a beckoning hand to happiness.
Every enlightenment is a sublimation of life.
I have seen such an interesting story in such a high-rated film.
Saiki is a superpower, he can telepathic, foresee the future, stealth, doppelganger, as long as you want him to be.
That's how he is, but he often feels bored with life.
Because all the problems in the world, for him, are easy.
Without the conundrum, he could hardly find a reason to make him happy.
Because the greatest happiness in life is actually the process of tiptoeing up and getting what you want.
What we feel is not the moment of getting the result, but every process of laughter and tears.
Be attentive when you are busy, cultivate your mind when you are leisurely, meditate when you are impetuous, and wake up when you are alone.
The scenery on this road of life is our irreplaceable happiness.
