I took a cursory look and saw that the tail of one of them was partially separated from the battery holder. Then the other party (that is, our customers) threw two sentences: what quality, just open a pull and break.
At that time, my first reaction was: it was finished, this customer was broken before it was used, and it was a problem in the transportation process.
So I replied to the angler as soon as possible. Said: Teacher, this rarely occurs, followed by a "haha" expression, because I see from the picture, the other one is still intact, so I signaled him to see if the other one has the same situation, and then we will negotiate a solution.
When he went to see another float, I carefully observed the damage of the broken float: the float's tail and the battery seat were separated.
What causes its separation? Both of these floats I first wear a foam on the tail of the float, and then put it into a transparent hose and seal it with tape. It is then packed straight with PVc hose, and the void is filled with foam, and finally wrapped in tape to make it strong.
Although the amount of our shot is not much, there are dozens of large back and forth, but there has never been a situation of floating damage. Thinking about it more carefully, I suddenly remembered the words of this fishing friend: what quality, just opened and pulled out and broken.
Feelings are uprooted. Before this floating battery sat had a loose phenomenon, it is easy to lead to poor battery contact during use, and the drift tail is dark and bright, so I have feedback and consultation with the manufacturer several times. After rectification, the battery holder is no longer so loose and collapsed, coupled with the relatively high cost performance, the customer's feedback is getting better and better.
Generally speaking, because the floating, especially the electronic drift tail, is more fragile, when we install and unplug the battery, we use our hands to hold the battery holder, that is, this part to replace the battery.
This will not damage the drift tail in any way, but if we directly grasp the drift tail to pull the battery, it is easy to have this problem, that is, to separate the drift tail from the drift, which is the situation that the angler said.
At this time, the angler spoke again: both are the same, and they will be pulled out. At this point, I determined that there was a problem with the way the teacher operated.
I told him directly: Teacher, when you pull this time, you directly pull the drift tail with your hands, don't pull the drift tail when you pull the battery, you have to press the black plastic, that is, the battery holder.
At this time he said: I can't drift off the rest. I feedback: it may be your other battery holder loose. To be honest, this is your operation, but in the interest of the customer, you can choose to return. The two are returned together, we have bought return insurance for you, and the postage will automatically hit your account after I receive the goods here.
After saying this, my heart was actually sour, and I had a feeling of being dumb and eating huanglian, and having a feeling of bitterness that I couldn't say.
As a result, I don't know whether the fishing friend is busy or realizes his problem, and there is no echo. Of course, this matter is not over, and we will continue to deal with it properly.
Through this matter, I would like to remind you that when replacing the electronic drift pool, you must learn this lesson, and do not pull the battery with one hand and the drift tail with the other.
