Lu Mou, male, was released from compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation in 2018. In view of the actual situation of Lu, the women formed a support group to set up a special assistance plan and continue to follow up Lu's help and relief work to maximize the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.
The members of the women's help group immediately visited the huaihai middle road social work station, and learned the details of Lu Mou through the social worker's return visit to the police, who currently has no fixed job and pension insurance, and the street gives certain economic subsidies and medical reimbursement.

After in-depth understanding of the disability certificate processing conditions and pension payment policy, allowing Lu to complete the corresponding process at least the number of trips has become the core goal of helping to solve difficulties.
The women's institute helped the poverty alleviation team to go to the community affairs acceptance service center of Huaihai Middle Road Street in Huangpu District to help Lu submit an application, and then accompanied him to the designated hospital for disease identification and understand the relevant materials needed.
After determining the feasibility plan for the processing of the disability certificate, the poverty alleviation team immediately went to the Huangpu Branch Center of the Shanghai Social Insurance Administration Center to consult on the pension insurance policy. Lu's actual reference length of service is 8 years and 6 months, and he still needs to pay back to receive a pension. After repeated verification and confirmation by the support team, two feasible plans were obtained: 1) Submit pension insurance on a monthly basis, and start receiving pension after payment. 2) After reaching the age of 65, a one-time supplementary pension can be paid, but the base of the reference payment refers to the original average salary and is paid on a monthly basis.
