In this regard, the Shanghai Huangpu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau made a penalty decision to confiscate 0.8646 million yuan of illegal gains, fined 137,768,660 yuan, and ordered to stop the illegal acts.

It is worth noting that within one year, H&M has been administratively punished by the market supervision department several times for illegal acts such as "producing and selling unqualified products" and "filling the real with fake and shoddy products". According to Tianyan, H&M has 24 historical administrative punishment records, amounting to 4.185 million yuan.
