The father of the goddess Athena was Zeus, and the mother was Zeus's first wife, Metis, the goddess of wisdom. In fact, Athena was part of Zeus's body because she had jumped out of Zeus's body. At first, Metis did not want to marry Zeus, but Zeus struggled to find out, and Metis married him anyway. For there are languages that say that the son born to Metis will replace Zeus. Artemis, the goddess of the hunt
Artemis was the goddess of hunting in ancient Greek mythology, the hostess of the beast and the lord of the wilderness, one of the twelve main gods of Olympus. She was also the daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo.
Artemis was free and independent, loved the wilderness and opposed marriage between a man and a woman. The virgins who liked and protected the unmarried, as well as the youth who despised Aphrodite, she, along with Hestia and Athena, was regarded as the three goddesses of Mount Olympus.
And Artemis was more because of Zeus's favor for his daughter, Zeus could not refuse any request from Artemis, Artemis asked Zeus for the priesthood and the request to be a virgin, Zeus did not agree.
