First of all, through the holding of activities such as the Domestic Servant Activity Week and the Domestic Skills Competition, we will create a good atmosphere of advocating skilled talents and continuously improve the professional recognition of domestic servants. Second, increase the intensity of training, improve the professional level of domestic servants, rely on domestic service enterprises, vocational schools, professional training institutions, etc., build a number of industry-education integration training bases featuring domestic service professions, increase efforts to support the construction of domestic labor export bases, and expand the employment channels for surplus labor. Third, encourage private vocational schools to expand the enrollment scale of domestic service personnel and guide them to improve the quality of running schools; adopt various methods to subsidize domestic industry training, and establish and improve the government procurement of training results mechanism based on obtaining national vocational qualification certificates.
