In 2009, Gao Fenfen began to devote herself to the mother and baby industry, and is committed to creating a high-quality mother and baby ecosystem. In more than ten years, Gao Fenfen has expanded Jianruier from 2 stores to nearly 200 stores at present, covering all cities, counties and urban areas in Hainan, with annual tax payments exceeding 10 million yuan, driving and solving social employment of more than 1,000 people, of which 93% are female employees, effectively improving the income and family and social status of women in society. Based on the Jianruier platform, Gao Fenfen has incubated 200 stores of Jianruier, Yuezibang Company (training and output of maternal and infant professional service talents, which has won the Hainan Home Economics Leading Enterprise Award and government angel investment), Goddess Mother Maternity and Health Center (intelligent postpartum rehabilitation institution) and other companies and institutions, accumulatively helping nearly 400 people realize their entrepreneurial dreams. At the same time, Gao Fenfen established the "Children's Innovation Association" in Hainan, which integrates more than 1,000 elites in the field of maternal and infant related services in the region, and is jointly committed to providing comprehensive parenting solutions for pregnant women and 0-6 year old babies.

In order to fulfill the great mission of "improving the quality of life of mothers and babies", Gao Fenfen initiated the "10,000 Hours of Maternal and Infant Public Welfare" project jointly with the Hainan Provincial Women's Federation, the Haikou Women's Federation and other institutions, which has funded 15 female college students from poor families and actively participated in public welfare activities such as entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation held by the provincial and municipal women's federations.
